A Look at Summer at The Chapel
One of our primary focuses this summer is a series of important mechanical upgrades to our facility. These improvements are designed to enhance the comfort, efficiency, and long-term sustainability of our building while ensuring that The Chapel continues to provide a welcoming environment for our community.
We were also honored to participate in the Club’s Summer Showcase, where associates had the opportunity to learn about the many programs, services, and benefits available throughout Ocean Reef. The Chapel was pleased to share information about our worship services, community events, educational opportunities, and the many ways associates are welcome to participate in the life of our Chapel community.
As the season came to a close, we were grateful to host our annual Associate Blessing, a special gathering dedicated to recognizing and thanking the associates and vendors whose hard work and dedication contribute so much to life at Ocean Reef. It was a meaningful opportunity to offer words of encouragement, gratitude, and blessing as many associates transition into the summer months.
This summer, we are also delighted to welcome a few of the children from Ocean Reef Academy for a Toddler Summer Program hosted at The Chapel. Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting families and serving the broader community.
In addition, we are excited to launch our Summer Associate Bible Study beginning July 9 and continuing through August 27. The study will meet each Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall and is open to all associates seeking a time of reflection, fellowship, and spiritual growth during the summer season.
Although summer brings a different rhythm to Ocean Reef, it remains a season of meaningful work, fellowship, and ministry at The Chapel. We look forward to continuing to serve our community and to welcoming everyone back in the fall as we begin another exciting season together.
