Baptism

Baptism is a sacred sacrament representing spiritual cleansing, rebirth, and the beginning of your journey of faith. At the Chapel at Ocean Reef, we are glad to celebrate this step with your family.

If you would like to have your child baptised, or are seeking baptism yourself, we would be glad to hear from you. Complete the form below and someone from the parish will be in touch to talk through the next steps and find a date that works for your family.

Arranging a Baptism

Baptisms are arranged directly with the parish. Once we have your request we will contact you to confirm a date and go through what to expect on the day.

Private ceremonies are available by appointment.

Before You Begin

It helps to have the following ready when you get in touch:

  • The full name and date of birth of the person being baptised
  • The names of the parents
  • The names of the godparents, where applicable
  • A few dates that would suit your family
